OHP chokes EMT Phone Video Side by Side dashcam.
This state trooper is the one kind of State Highway Patrol that makes the other Highway Patrol look bad. That one percent that drags down the 99 percent. First and formost this state trooper, Daniel Martin thought it was appropriate for him to DENY the person in the Ambulance Medical Care. That alone in my opinion should be enough for his ass to be fired.

Daniel Martin original report said he never was told about the patient. So he lied. That's fraud. Right now according to this, http://www.ktul.com/news/stories/0609/632027.html, is saying he was defending himself. I'm sorry the only agressor I saw was the HP. If anything every black person in this video maintained their cool, and maybe more than they should have. This had the making of racial incident, but cooler heads prevailed, and the only acting in outrageous fashion was the trooper.
The trooper was asked 3 times to let the patient go to the hospital, and then he could arrest or sort out whatever he wanted to with the paramedics. No, his God Complex would not allow that. His needs over rode the needs of the ill patient in the ambulance.
Last and not least are the people who tried to hide this away, like the Creek County DA who said it was not in the interest of the people to file charges. If I was in that ambulance I would sue the OHP and the Creek County DA office.

Where's Amadeus Max Been?
Sorry People, been digging into some of my Vegas Video and learning how to use it. My Friend Bob has been helping me. He agreed to a little contest of sorts, basically just a means for us to motivate each other into getting better at our Video Skills. Bob has been on the Mac Side, and I on PC. I have been Using Vegas Video Platinum, and Bob has been using Final Cut. Both of us are using the subpar versions of the software and not the pro editions.

How the Patriot Act robbed an American family its rights.
Patriot Act being used against its own citizens ! Granville County, NC -- On March 5 at about 10:00 PM, ten heavily armed FBI agents, accompanied by three local police officers, stormed into the home of an American family and arrested a 16 year old boy on charges he made numerous bomb threats.
The boy, Ashton Lundeby, (photo at left) was taken from his family's North Carolina home, to a juvenile facility in Indiana where the threats were allegedly made.
During the raid, the FBI executed a search warrant and thoroughly searched the family home. They found absolutely nothing illegal or suspicious. No bombs, no bomb-making material or anything unlawful.
It turns out, someone hijacked the family's internet IP address and used it to make numerous phone calls and terrorist threats.The family has been told they have no rights to see their child and, under the USA PATRIOT ACT, the child has no rights to even defend himself. They claim the Constitution does not apply to this 16 year old, natural born, American citizen.
This is a demonstration of how the Patriot Act is robbing a family of it's rights in America. No speedy trial, no disclosure. A federal gag order is in place probably at the request of the FBI to protect the career of several FBI agents and their bosses who should be fired because of mishandling a case.
I don't know if this kid is innocent or guilty. But since the FBI isn't saying anything I have to assume he is innocent because they are doing everything they can to keep this quiet. While I think it's possible this kid did a stupid prank, it's entirely possible he is completely innocent.
I'm not just concerned about his rights, but every American citizen. I don't know how many other people have been taken by the FBI or some other agency under the Patriot Act. For that matter I don't know how many have come back. I would like to know how many people have been taken in the name of the Patriot Act that were US citizens.
It's a scary thought that the FBI can come in the Middle night like Nazi's , take you away and your rights and you can't do anything about it. And since I'm on that note, since I'm doing everything I can to make this public, if in the middle of the Night comes and gets me, check in with me ever so often. If I happen to disapear off of the face of the planet go crazy on the internet, media, twitter, facebook, blogs, cnn and local news to free my ass.

Swine Flu H1N1 Political Craziness
Swine Flu is a serious and real disease. You can check the various crazy videos on youtube where they don't believe swine flu is real or that it's some kind of government hoax to gain more power. Now these conspiracies range from the makers of Tamiflu trying to make a quick buck, to racist trying to show fear of what a black man in office will do. All of which I find completely insane. The political atmosphere is crazy enough, not to be adding a potential pandemic on top of it.
First Hands off for those guys in the Pork Industry. They have shown us they are in control of their Washington paid off government officials. The moved faster than Rush Limbaugh correcting Michael Steele to change the name of Swine Flu. H1N1 is now the name politicians and some News Organizations refer to SWINE FLU as. I bet Kentucky Fried Chicken wish it had that kind of influence when the Avian Bird Flu was a big concern. But for me it was good to see because you can follow the Pork Industry. They don't hide as much other PACs in Washington DC. And if you follow the Money in the Pork Industry (ironic name isn't it), you can see the Politicians in both parties that they own. And how the Pork Industry always gets it (do i dare say PORK PORK) subsides.
Now if you want to know more about the Swine Flu go to a reliable source, and I consider the CDC a reliable source. Now I do not believe the conspiracy theories that the swine flu is from the government. They have more lethal shite quite frankly. And it's sneakier and faster. But if you do go to the CDC go to this link, http://www.cdc.gov/h1n1flu/. Get your info correct. At the time of this writing there has been one death in the US, 30 States reporting 226 confirmed cases. Confirmed means just that, confirmed. There are probably more people with Swine flu, just have not made it to where someone can confirm it.
Stupidity does show it's ugly head when a crisis is about. And politics will allow stupidity to announce itself on National TV. For instance in the case of Representative Michele Bachman, serving the 6th District of Minnesota, she demonstrated her lack of knowledge on Historical Presidential Terms when she went on National TV and tried to tie Swine Flu with Democrats. Last time Swine flu was a problem for the US was in 1976. This fact is true, but she tied it to Jimmy Carter being president. Well Like all president they may win an election in an even year but they don't assume office until the following January, an Odd year. Yes Jimmy Carter won the 1976 election, but Gerald Ford was President until January of 1977. And this is the way it's always been. The 6th District of Minnesota must being beaming with pride, knowing they elected somebody who doesn't know how government works, and therefore will be able to do absolutely nothing for them. Twittering with Ashton and Demi or @aplusk and @mrskutcher
The internet can be a strange and wonderful place. I can't help but think that Ashton and Demi are doing some kind of marketing ploy right now. Although I have to admit they have relayed some cool stuff like this video.
For those of you who are not up on the latest internet news, here's what I am talking about. Recently Ashton Kutcher has been trying to drive people to twitter by making challenges with other Celebs. The big thing on twitter is to get a number of people to follow you. Mr Kutcher made a challenge of 1 million people to follow him, against some MTV show person I never watch or know of. Now the challenge is extended against others to see who can get the most followers in 30 days.
What I am seeing here is a brilliant ad campaign. I use tweetdeck, which is a cool twitter client, that keeps you abreast of whats happening on twitter and facebook. I also use www.monitter.com, to keep active searches up on what people are doing. Now monitter lets you put in your search criteria, say @aplusk. This lets you see all the comments being directed to @aplusk (Ashton Kutcher). What I do is put in both @aplusk and @mrskutcher. These comments are entertaining, scary, and fascinating. Oh yeah lets not stop there, there is a lot of volume generated.
Right now there are asking for people to donate money for mosquito nets to protect against malaria. But you can not deny the awesome marketing potential they are showing. And judging by the constant barage of repies they both get each time they post anything, they are definitely changing the scope of internet social networking marketability.
I like the twitter that was for keeping in touch with your friends. But the kutchers are definitely showing that Twitter Social network is changing. And even though they used twitter for a good cause, I am sure that others beside me see the commercialization of twitter coming. Basically they are the test that proves a working model of influence on the public.

The Politician and the Family, Palin vs Johnston
Looking at the recent Levi Johnston versus Sarah Palin battle, it looks like it is costing Sarah Palin credibility in her own state. She recently had her AG appointee get slammed by the legislature, and not appointed. Something that rarely if ever happens. While it's nice to tote things that fall in line with a political party line, it's starting to show that maybe Palin is starting to crack. She is trying to stay in the pure and perfect light while Levi Johnston is going on telling anyone who will listen tales of he lived in the Governor mansion and how the Governor really is.
I blame Sara Palin. She tried to create this false image of her family. One that is perfect. It started cracking when Bristol was an unwed mother. Not a good for someone who is trying to appeal to the ultra conservative. When she can come back into reality and see not all things can be as tidy as Ultra conservative want it to be, then maybe she can regain some of her strength.
Sara Palin is starting to fail politically as she is in her family. If she ever wants a bid into office on the federal live she better start doing damage control on her PR.

TORTURE, Bush, Obama, and my Thoughts
I am listening to Wrong by Depeche Mode when I wrote this so I was in the mood..
Don't get me wrong I am someone who doesn't care about taking a known murderer and extracted information from him that is needed to save someone else. But my thinking is that needs to be publicly known. If your purpose is to serve the greater need, then there should be no problem with this.
What I don't understand is why not Public? If it's because torture is wrong and should never be done, then where ever it is done it needs to be seen for that reason. If it is such a horrible and heinous act then it must be exposed. It is the only way to make sure it doesn't get done again. The politicians that argue all it does is help our enemies. If it means it proves them right that we do torture, then it's not our enemies fault we made them right. We have choices, if it something we have to hide, then it something we shouldn't have done.
NOW TO THE MAIN REASON to make it public. ACCOUNTABILITY. Remember when that kid spoke at the conservative conference as this was one of his 4 points of Conservatism. IF it's a kept a dark secret there is no accountability. Torture is an act that must accountable for, if it is done for any reason in the name of good. What I am amazed at is the number of conservatives who speak it is a disservice to America to bring this public. Carl Rove throws a tantrum like a child who has had his favorite toy taking away from him. Our actions define as a nation.
My biggest fear is that we know about the torture. What are the things we are not being told about? Those things that are still in the dark?
So Mr President, clean this nation. Do it if it means even a single term. Be Bold be brave and be truthful. Set the Nation on a path where it is Honorable and respectful. Do not let those that do things in the dark that they don't admit in the light, do not let them deter you from the truth.

Did this cost Miss California the Title?
I got a tweet on my Blackberry from Rick Sanchez asking if this statement from Miss California cost her the title?
now in my opinion yes, and she deserved it. Just based on answering question and it's technical aspects. Specifically Hilton outlined that 4 states specifically had made it legal for gay marriage. She stated that in "her country and her family..." . Since it was already stated in the question there was 4 states that approve of gay marriage, her statement is not correct unless she was to state in her answer something that excludes those four states. Sorry, the toastmaster in me kicked in.
As far as her opinion should be judged, yes and no. It's allowed. But to me it wouldn't make a difference, she's entitled to her opinion and I respect that. To me it gets down to, how well of response is made. She messed up on the answer.
I like America and I don't always want everyone to agree with me. I prefer those that don't agree with me, to come up with a very good reason why. Those that can usually have my respect, and give me something to think about. I'm surrounded by people in my life that don't agree with me, and I'm comfortable with that. I have their respect and they have mine. As long as were giving our best thoughts forward.

Log Cabin Republicans and Meghan McCain
Let me first say I whole heartily feel the term gay republican is a contradiction in terms. I do however believe you can have gay conservative. It is my belief that the current Republican Party is very anti-gay. In my opinion, it uses fear that it generates in it's anti-gay rhetoric as a means to generate campaign funds. It sadens me to see gay republicans, for main fact it to me is self inflicted wounds from a party trying to destroy them.
Meghan McCain recently spoke at the Log Cabin republicans, and stated that she believed there is a division going on in the Republican Party. I agree with her, and I believe this division has been brewing for a long time. I think that it is basically embarrassment to the party that they can be controlled by Right wing media. For instance Rush Limbaugh forcing Michael Steele to apologize to him. Michael Steele may be the elected leader of the party, but it's clear he was never really in charge.
I also believe people hate the policy by fear technique used by Republicans to get things done their way. I think that there are those in the Republican party who are tired of being forced to believe in one way with the party at all times. They have specific issues that make it seems to be a true republican you have to be white, baptist, and a man. With women raising up in the Party like Palin, and groups like the Log Cabin Republicans, there is a separation of the traditional roles the republican party use stand together on.
We might even see the party split, where the Republican party will have it's hard core right and it's moderate conservatives at odds with each other.

Governor Rick Perry wants his state to Leave America.
On April 15th Governor Rick Perry hinted at that Texas should leave the United States. This was upsetting to me on many levels. One the Governor has no right to bring up even the idea of secession without it being something the constituents want. Unless of course when turning Texas into a new nation, he is getting rid of democracy and putting himself in charge where he is king, and the other 21 Million Texans then now serve a monarchy.
In my opinion talking about leaving the United States permanently is Anti-American. If your love it or leave it stance is to leave it, then your no pro American. Terrorist both foreign and domestic search for people like this and try to grow this leave America thinking.
What gives Rick Perry the right to even suggest he could terminate 21 million United States citizenship's. He isn't the one allowed to make that decision.
My other thinking is that now that he has made his threat, shouldn't we take away the federal funds he already gets. Let's remove all the military bases and other government faculties like NASA out of the State. According to Mr. Perry he doesn't want him, and he doesn't want the government telling him how those funds are spent. So if the governor doesn't want it, I say take it away from him.
